Elder Care

Regularly, many from our congregation visit those in need at Den Mar Health and Rehabilitation Center, Seacoast Nursing and and Rehabilitation Center, and Day by Day Adult Care. We participate in a short service for them, bringing the the hope of God’s Word, the joy of singing songs, and the care of praying with them. This time is especially meaningful for many who cannot get out to attend services or who do not have any family to visit them. Please consider joining us in one of these beneficial ministries!

Action, Inc.

Every Christmas, Lanesville partners with several other churches locally to help collect toiletries and clothing to pack into individual backpacks for the guests at the Action Emergency Shelter as a present to be received on Christmas morning. We also work with them as needed to help meet other community needs as they arise. We would love to have you join with us to help those in need in Gloucester! For more information on the services they provide, please check out the Action Inc. website!

Grace Center

The Grace Center is a drop-in center located in Downtown Gloucester that provides those who are homeless a place to stay during the day, as well as offers them services to help them get back on their feet. We often help them with donations and with volunteers who spend time with the guests who regularly attend. If you would like to get involved, please do not hesitate to reach out to us or to the Grace Center directly!
